# Seamless ticketing for DAS HAUS

# Since 2021, monthly Brussels-based concert series DAS HAUS has been reimagining the classical music experience, bringing together artists from a wide range of genres and disciplines. It has hosted performances by pianist Barbara Drazkov, violinist Matteo Haitzmann, flautist Victor Somma, multidisciplinary artist Pitcho Womba Konga and avant-garde performer Kunal Lahiry, among many others, introducing their work to new audiences.

## DAS HAUS: a cosy atmosphere for new encounters

Artistic director Sergio Roberto Gratteri curates each concert as a one-of-a-kind experience. Alongside the music, chef Miguel prepares seasonal vegetarian and vegan food for guests to enjoy as they mingle before performances. Alternating between Palazzo and Oasis, DAS HAUS deliberately chooses spaces that foster an intimate, welcoming atmosphere. This close setting helps create a strong connection between artists, audiences and music.

## True music immersion

Drawing on his experience at cultural institutions including Bozar, Gratteri has created a distinctive universe with DAS HAUS. It offers an informal, welcoming alternative to traditional classical music venues, where audiences can engage with music and artists in a more personal way. This creates opportunities for unexpected encounters and new connections. While each concert is shaped by Gratteri's artistic vision, the programme also responds to the interests and needs of DAS HAUS's diverse audience.

Before switching to Entrytickets, DAS HAUS sold tickets through a well-known self-hosted ticketing platform. Since making the switch, the team has found Entrytickets easier and more intuitive to use, with better customer support. In addition, with its schedule of roughly one concert per month, DAS HAUS expects to save around €1,200 a year in payment service fees.
