It's no secret it's now mandatory to send invoices in Belgium through Peppol as of 1 January 2026. This typically requires a third-party Peppol-certified invoicing solution. The good news is that Entrytickets already meets Peppol standards for ticket and cashless invoices generated through our all-in-one platform

Automatic full service Peppol invoicing

Peppol invoicing is just one of the many ways Entrytickets makes online ticketing and cashless as seamless as possible. While complying with the latest standards, we minimise admin on your end. Customers requiring a PDF copy of their invoice can directly request one within their confirmation e-mail. There's no additional steps required for you. Of course, if you decide to use another invoicing platform, you can simply turn off this feature within the Entrytickets dashboard.

Our custom solution is designed to work with your current set up and needs. Here are some other features we offer.

  • Collect invoice details in the checkout process.
  • Define different VAT rates for each ticket type.
  • Mixed VAT rates based on items sold (food, drinks, etc).
  • Support for countries that don't apply VAT.
  • Easily export invoices to send to accountant.

Transparent, straightforward ticket fees

Along with Peppol certification, we're here to make online ticketing as easy and straightforward as possible. Rather than charge different service fees for each country, we use standard global pricing. This means you can easily determine revenue whether running an event in Belgium or anywhere else in the world. We're designed to grow with you.

Along with this, all our features come standard regardless of event size. As mentioned, they can be turned off or on depending on your needs. In addition, our supportive team is happy to work through custom solutions to make sure you have everything you need. To learn more about Entrytickets, click here.
